Cancellation Policy

At Bisou Bridal Boutique, we are dedicated to providing every bride with an unforgettable, personalized experience. To ensure the highest level of service and to respect the time of our stylists and other brides, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and no-show policy. Appointment Cancellation We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled or refunded (if a fee was paid) with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeiture of your appointment fee (if applicable), and future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in 100% forfeiture of the appointment fee and may require full prepayment for any future bookings. After two missed appointments, we reserve the right to decline further bookings. Arrival Time We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or require rescheduling, at the discretion of the boutique. Why This Policy Exists As a luxury boutique, we dedicate significant time, space, and resources to each bridal appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other brides from enjoying this same experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
